Joomla Shopping Cart Amazon Scraping Script

I need a coder to create a script that will scrape my Amazon store and populate my Virtuemart store installed on our main joomla site. The site can currently be seen at ireplay.net. We have VirtueMart installed and working properly but we've only entered one item into the system. (Click List All Products under Shop [login to view URL] on the right hand side). We have an Amazon store that we list all of our inventory on a daily basis and we would like an automatic script to populate all that data into out Virtuemart system without having to duplicate the effort that we've already done on Amazon. Our server is a [login to view URL] shared linux hosting package so the script should run be based on PHP/MySql. Specific requirements of the job: Script should download all our products (including price, details, descriptions, and images) off of our [login to view URL] store and automatically populate that information within a Virtuemart shopping cart system running on Joomla. The script should automatically "sync" the two stores such that when an item sells off of one store or another it should come out of inventory on both stores - we realize that server loads and scheduling may cause some conflicts and that the system cannot be 100% synched all the time. We expect the system to fully sync every 48 hours max (maximum of two days delay between full syncs). The system should be robust enough to handle the initial download of our Amazon invetory (approximately 6000 items) but it should also be able to handle massive updates during synching as we move a good deal of inventory. We don't require any backend for the script - it should simply run automcatically without any intervention from us. Winning coder must demonstrate full functionality by first showing the system download 100 products successfully, then gradually ramping up to download and sync the full 6000+ item inventory. All code must be well commented such that we could have a different coder service or tweak the system at a later date without much confusion. Only coders with a feedback score of 8 or higher on a minimum of ten jobs will be accepted. DO NOT bid for this job unless you have a feedback score of 8 or higher on at least ten jobs. ## Deliverables The entire job must be completed in absolutely no more than two weeks from the point that we escrow funds. Only coders that are experienced with this type of work should bid on the job and only coders with a feedback score of 8 or higher on ten or more jobs will be considered. We will not accept late work or delays to the project, it must be completed to our specs and on time.
