Connect FileMaker DB to iOS via PHP in Swift

Seeking a developer to write the basic connections between a FileMaker 13 database and a native iOS application using the filemaker PHP API. We are expecting to receive an Xcode project (iPhone-only) that connects to a very simple FileMaker 13 database that is already hosted.
The application will have two views: a login view with username/password fields and a second view showing a list of contacts. No fancy GUI work, no detail view for contacts, just looking to get the basic framework and PHP communication written so we can continue development in-house.
Attached is some information about using FileMaker 13 and PHP.
