A very simple mobile phone app

Hi, I want a very simple bare bones app that does the following: 1. Lets user click and upload a photo 2. Lets user click and shoot a video (max length 30 seconds) 3. Uploads photo and video files to amazon s3 4. Lets user go to a Home screen and see all the photos and videos uploaded (one photo or video on the screen at a time) The application will have three buttons - Home, Take Photo, Shoot Video I need this code for use in a large application. I want it to be optimised for performance and fully documented, with a separate document explaining app components and architecture. You will have to explain what you are doing to improve performance (e.g. caching, asynchronous push and pull of data, handling large images etc.) The idea is that my engineers can learn from it and use it in the main application. Keep the application bare bones, you don't have to worry about web services, user management etc. There are no liking, commenting, messaging features. There should be two MySQL tables - one each for storying videos and one for storing photos and one php file that gives a feed of photos and videos that the user sees on his home screen. You should be an iOS expert and would have already written similar code in your other applications. I want this to be delivered in 3 days.
