505376 Web Hosting Transfer Setup

Hello i have a website, that i need to transfer a to new host, but when i set it up, it start to give me some errors, previous hosting was running PHP 5.2 and current new server is running PHP 5.3 which gives me some errors, I want someone to take over the this and complete the setup error free, there 2GB files set in the website (most of them are junk) and a 2-3 MySQL database of 18 MB ...etc I have already set them up but i need this guy to look into that also... erros coming are Deprecated: Function ereg_replace() is deprecated in /home/pgolf/public_html/includes/functions/[login to view URL] on line 94 thanks
