Replication of a Online Photo Agency

We're looking for a total replication of the Online Photo Agency [login to view URL] (with every single feature that it offers). You can clone the site design 1:1 from www.imagepoint.biz. We will do all the design modifications inhouse. By project start we will provide you with a complete translation of the site in English. The final solution / website with all its functions must be bilingual (English/German) please be aware that you must provide us with a solution which offers this feature. We will do the final translation into German inhouse. Some Details to this project: - Include a password protected Online Admin Area. - Web forms for admin image upload, details editing, indexing. - Admin must be able to upload images in two different resolutions define Image Categories and Sub Categories by using a web form. Uploaded Pictures must get protected by Auto Watermark (See GD functions) - Your application must be programmed that way that it supports overall fast loading times. (Pictures and search results) - mySQL Database based indexing of images incl. fast Online Keyword Search - Existing Payment System (WorldPay) must be fully implemented in shopping cart function and the checkout process. - Registered user must be able to immediatly download the picture(s) in the selected resolution. (after sucessfull checkout process) - All other features and functions as seen on [login to view URL] Payment is 10% to start the project. Once the project has been started, and I see definite work, then another 10% will be applied. I must see work in progress. You must put this on a test server connected to the net so that I can verify work performed. After 50% completion, there will be an additional 20%. After 75% completion, there will be an additional 20%. The rest will be paid upon completion of the project bug free. Support must be given for 6 months post end of the project with free bug fixes. Prior to the first payment, we must receive a project plan that details each and every aspect of the project. We need it to show the technology, the features, and every little aspect that you will be programming against to develop out the entire project with days vs. project tasks. Once that has been received, then we can proceed with the first down payment of 10% followed by subsequent payments. Payment options are firm and not negotiable. Payments are done via PayPal only.
