This is for an online business I would like to create. Any technology would be fine - PHP/MySQL was what I had in mind, but I am not sure if there is something better. Summary: Web Design will be provided. Need to create a Database for members. Accessibility for teachers to members. Web cam live chat availability. Stable techincal support for all content features. Excellent connectability. Fast downloading and uploading. Content features. Membership sign up: Username and Password. Security login. A member Profile: 1. Basic personal contact information Name, Telephone, Email, Address, etc 2. A level test results and level progress updates. Each member will be able to review a level progress, teacher’s report, etc. Community board: 1. Q & A. Members can post any subjects. teachers will post answers to subjects. Web cam live chat: one-to-one Each session is available by an appt only. Arranged time & day, depending on which type of service a member pays. Web cam live chat service sign up only also available, but more times & days will be arranged. Video, audio lesson room: A member will be able to download video files and audio files for online lessons. Assignment & Test Lab: Each assignment & test materials will be able for a member to download or open test sheet for listening, speaking, reading and writing. A member will be able to upload audio files in regards to an assignment or a test. Teachers will be able to download a member’s audio files to evaluate a member’s level and coach one-to-one for a progress. Teachers will be able to upload audio files to each member. Teachers will be able to access to a member’s profile to update a test result. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform linux preferred, windows ok too
