ecommerce + classified website

i want to built a combination of classified website and ecommerce website. the main page must be looking like a classified website but simple and very attractive layout. user can create account and somehow get their own shop where they can sell their item there and they also can customize their shop.(paypal and credit card button must be included) the shop that they have created must be listed according to their category(main page). Whenever the user is online, their shop will appear at the main page (center)(list of online shop).Also customer can chat with the shop owner freely. if the shop owner is not online, the customer can leave msg or inquiry. this website is free for everyone hence the only way to get money is by advertising. this site must be able to place google ads or etc and people who want to advertise can request and made payment to me. ads must be appear on each page. make sure the site looks pro. also, plz make simple comp logo for this site ([login to view URL]) and malaysia flag must be appear at the top right hand corner of the main page (with motion). each shop owner can place their website or blog link. this shop is for malaysian hence payment getaway must be in malaysia currency (MYR). if the customer prefer to bank in the money, make sure there is a place where shop owner can show their bank account and bank name. also, make sure the admin panel is easy to use and can monitor all the site progress. all content such as help, FAQ and etc must be ready and easy to edit. only serious and experience web developer can bit this project.
