Looking for Full Time Web Developer

Hi, I am searching for a full time web developer. This job is ideally suited for someone who wants a stable, permanent position and is able to perform the functions in the detailed job description well. Its also ideally suited for full time, home based contractors and/or outsourcing firms where I can depend that people will be on time every day and perform well. Though you don't need to be extremely fluent in English you need to be fluent in it as we will be working with English based websites. If not, attach your resume to PM, thanks For more information please refer to the detailed job description. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). DETAILS ABOUT THE POSITION I am looking for a person who can: 1) Manipulate Wordpress and fix Wordpress and Wordpress plugin problems 2) Work with ecommerce applications: * 1shoppingcart *Paypal 3) Troubleshoot website and technical problems and come up with solutions. 4) Exercise creativity in coming up with solutions to technological problems 5) Integrate ecommerce applications, email autoresponders (such as Aweber) with Wordpress, html pages and other content management systems 6) Troubleshoot and solve technical problems. 7) Perform research to come up with solutions IDEAL CANDIDATE This job is suited for someone who wants to work from home and has home-based Internet access (preferably broadband). This is an exciting job with infinite possibility in two fields - Internet marketing and online vocational training - that are currently undergoing exponential growth. So, if you are willing to work hard from home and enjoy the challenge of working in these exploding fields, you are also ideally suited. You need to be able to exercise initiative, creativity in coming up with solutions to technical problems. Punctuality is critical. Someone with web design knowledge and/or experience would be absolutely ideal.
