209857 clone the mcleanebiz(DOT)com

We are going to clone the mcleanebiz(DOT)com website with some slight modifications for the logo and company information. We are a distributor for this companies products. We need assistance in setting up a shopcart. We have been using westhost for hosting services and plan to add the shopcart to that site. We are leaning towards using the OScommerce Shopcart but have looked at others and would welcome your input. I'd like to see estimates broken down as follows. 1. Replace the default OS shopcart layout with a layout closely matching mcleanebiz. 2. Create the comma separated values file which can be uploaded and installed on a OScommerce shopcart. The CSV would consist of product number, descriptions, and images from the mcleanebiz site. We estimate there are 297 products on the website. We do not have access to their database at this point and are proceeding on the bases that we will need to create everything from scratch. IF we get their database in time then we can save some on doing this part of the project but we would want you to estimate based on having no help from the manufacturer.
