238929 CPC Affiliate Linking System

Hi, We want to offer people the opportunity to make money by posting by advertising/promoting our website link. We need a simple affiliate linking system. Where the user can sign up and be issued a referral link - to which they can earn CPC revenue. The user should be able to login to see how many clicks their link has received. Once a user has reached a certain number of clicks for the cash reward, we need to be notified so we can pay them. If there is an automated way of doing this via paypal or anything else, that would be fantastic. Extremely important: The system needs to ensure that only 1 click per unique IP is collected and that clicks from proxy sites are not feasible. Anything else, such as auto-clickers etc, need to be taken into consideration too. ***Security is of the highest order*** We obviously really need to protect ourselves from fraudulant clickthroughs, in any which way possible.
