Kryptronic Click Cart Pro Repair
Our web site is implemented with ClickCartPro and it has some issues.
Email messages are not always sent out on purchase so users can't download the product.
Discount codes don't always work.
A new feature to prompt the user for permission to send them information periodically is required. If this is a feature of clickcartpro it should be enabled (but I can't find it), otherwise, the email to download product or confirm purchase should ask them to click on a link which will send a message to opt_in<<at>>rowebots<<dot>>com with their name and email address. (the email account will be setup when you need it)
Volume discounts need to be tested. Volume discounts are included today but need to be checked. There is a single discount against volume. They may have been destroyed by an update to clickcartpro done incompletely. A backup is available.
The latest version is included – it should be reinstalled, preserving the skins.
The solution requires thorough testing so that we are never called about missing downloads.
It should be a small project for those who understand this product.
The directions from Kryptronic are:
Tell them to back up the database and your skin then wipe everything
off the server and run the installer with your license key to get a
fresh version running. They can then import your data from the
backup and install your skin.
Immediately available: license key (which is on the site anyway), install zip, account on the web site, testing support in North America for paypal transactions, creation of opt_in<<at>>rowebots<<dot>>com account
