Site will require similar fields, as the above.
Completed application should be emailed to the administrator and saved to database for later retrieval.
The administrator should be able to sort applications by:
name
date
province
postal code
residential status
industrial sector
Administrator should have access to completed forms from the backend listed according to date.
Mortgage Rate Listing: Site should display the latest Canadian mortgage rates as Fixed and Variable, updated on a daily basis. See [login to view URL] for a good example.
