Finish Fundraising Back End Webiste

This project is very urgent and needs to be worked on right away. I am looking for a long term coding partner with many projects. Please estimate hours to completion in bid. I have had a coder working on this site for some time. But failed to be able to deliver it in a timely manner without errors and constantly did not meet deadlines. The back end of the fundraiser site manages an ice cream company's fundraising groups. There are three levels admin, group leader and member. The admin works for the ice cream company and manages all the group leaders that sign up to do a fundraiser. The group leaders are over anywhere from 5 to 300 kids in a group that are raising money for their team, band or organization etc. The back end is somewhat functional but many little errors and issues need to be fixed.
