Need to fetch LIVE information & Automation

1. Need an Expert to code and consultation's on fetching from a LIVE website. 2. Example: An virtual news / info gets listed on a site, immediately it'll fetch the information for me, every millisecond matters. 3. Based on the listing I want to have a filter what things will be previewed on my screen what will be blacklisted. 4. For example there are few freelancer projects 'immediately' auto bid for jobs based on a specific keyword. (just an example) I want something as mention, currently I already have the code it can be used and amended. You do not have to reinvent the wheel, you can use it for reference and make it even better. I wanted something really faster / stable. * New freelancers will not be considered, thank you. * Hourly Basis with timetracker or with good review will be prioritize. I came across really bad freelancers who let me down in the end of the day,I'll setup 2 milestones, 1st. will be paid on 50% of progress, and last will be paid upon final approval of the project.
