Online Event Booking Software

We require an online event booking software. The software should enable customers to - pick an event from the main page - or pick an event type (live bar music, football, concert, charity event etc...) from a dropdown menu to filter the results and pick an event - define number of tickets needed - tickets can be more than one type, all types should be displayed in a BUY block, with a number box and + (plus) – (minus) next to each type to increase number of tickets. (this block should be sticky) - a checkout button should be at the bottom of the box to go to checkout directly - jump to check out page - buy tickets those are on the checkout - get directed to Paypal for payment (e-mail address of Paypal account should be defined on a settings file or on admin page) - return from Paypal for confirmation page - if event is free confirmation could be given directly (without going to Paypal) - printable version of the ticket should be available on payment confirmation - confirmation e-mail should be sent on payment confirmation with ticket on PDF file (this can be a link to PDF file from the site) - NO user registration is required. On checkout, user should be diverted to a form to enter Name, Surname, Address and some other details. - Paypal confirmation/authorisation numbers should be added to our end of the user - each event should have a SEO and user friendly URL. Like “[login to view URL]” - there must be pagination on main page for the events. 21 events per page. Three in a row. - once the event time is past it should be listed under PAST tab and there must be a note on event page. Purchase button should be replaced with PAST EVENT with no link. - frontend of the software should be responsive. - please note that design should be simple as well as professional. Admin page should include - a direct single login - section to add events and event details (e.g. number of tickets available, price, start end dates, descriptions, event type/title/pictures/intro video) - tickets can be more than one type - cover picture should be selected separately - few more pictures can be added to description section or a block to see small thumbnails when clicked open larger versions on lightbox on frontend. - one or more videos could be added to the description or again on a block as thumbnail and play button on the thumbnail. (videos are to be embedded from Youtube, no special upload function is needed. Only a way to paste URL of Youtube video), once the thumbnails are clicked, lightbox should pop to show the video on frontend. - tab to show list of all events in categories (current, past) - pagination should be available. 100 events per page - a small section to add event types (live bar music, football, concert, charity event etc...) and an image for the type - a dropdown menu on top of the events list to filter it with event type… - once each event is clicked there should be --- a tab to edit the text/pictures/video/price etc. --- a tab to show how many tickets sold and total revenue on top of the page --- a tab to show list of names, addresses, e-mails, etc… with number of tickets bought, total paid (links to printable PDF ticket files should be given as a button) There should also be a payment status section here, Paid (date next to it), Refunded (a button next to it to refund or if the button is already clicked date of refund and a note to give the details) should be given Following should be used - PHP - MySQL - Ajax (for dynamic loading) - CSS (for links, buttons, image shaping etc..) any other is left to developer to use to get the best out of the project.
