Upload images using PHP

We require someone to write a piece of PHP software to upload images to our website. We would like the layout similar to the attachment. - The user selects the picture or pictures by selecting Browse. - When the user selects Browse, before the picture is uploaded a preview of the new pictures is displayed - The picture or pictures are uploaded when the user selects the 'Upload Pictures' button. We do not individual upload buttons for each image. - We would like a small progress bar under each photo while it is being uploaded. If there is already a picture there is not need to re-upload the picture. - After the user uploads the picture is uploaded a preview of the uploaded picture is shown together with the ones uploaded previously. - The pictures must be put in the following folder -> 'uploaded_images' - The name of the picture should be renamed when uploaded as follows YYYYYYYY-XX (Y = the user id generated from our system [do not worry about this], XX being the sequence number e.g. if uploaded in Picture01 the sequence would be 01, Picture 02 the sequence would be 02, Picture 03 sequence would be 03. - Similar to the dialogue if the user selects Delete image - the file is deleted. We would like to have two PHP files - the front end and the back end. The front end is what the customer sees, and the back-end is where all the processing is made. In the back-end we will using software to manipulate the images. Therefore we would like to "echo" the value of each picture that has been uploaded to update the file name in our MySQL database.
