Dedicated server security and optimization

Hello, I need help from a expert in server security, configuration and optimization. I am running linux on a dedicated server and need to set it up correctly according to newest security and performance standards. Your job will be to explain to me on skype what measures are to be taken to optimize the server and perform these settings and required installations. Including mysql and ram optimization. Furthermore you need to provide me with a concept and all necessary know-how about how i (not an expert) can monitor and guarantee performance and security. These are pretty basic tasks for a experienced system admin. I think for a skilled person this job is no more than 3-4 hours work. This could be a continuous job for regular updates of the system, since i need a trustworthy partner to do these kind of things in the future for me.
