Rent A Condo Online

I will need built a database I can update with new dates and prices for a small local condo management company that wants viewers to rent a condo online and also have the online process tie in with the program they already use in their office. I would like to use PayPal for secure server and payment transactions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. The program used to book condos is called FIRST RESORT SOFTWARE ([login to view URL]). The database you build will have to coordinate with that program so that rooms are not ''double booked.'' For payment transactions, I would like to use the feature called "Subscriptions" that PayPal offers, if possible. I have downloaded the PayPal Subscriptions Manual from the PayPal site and am enclosing it for you. I am web designer and host server for them. Just tell me what program you want to write and I will check with the server if it is acceptable. I also need you to allow some 'breathing space' in your bid for the client to 'remember something else'. It could be set up as an "Additional charge of such and such beyond this product description" and that way I can tell you what it is and we can add that cost onto the project description. There is only one size furnished condo being offered at this time, but I would like the database to be upgradeable to more rooms in the future. I would have to come back to the "Rent-A-Coder" programmer to do that. There are 114 furnished rooms being offered for this project. The rooms are called mini-suites and they come in various decors. There is no choice in decors. There is one price for each mini-suite but the price will be different for whether or not it is "In Season" or "Off Season" and I will have to be able to fill in the dates and year for these options, as well as the price variances for both seasons. Also there is an additional charge of $6.00 per person. I know its not Windows XP. The client is using a software to keep track of her bookings right now and I understand this is a common program. Its called FIRST RESORT SOFTWARE. I am not familiar with the use of the program myself, but I can find out any information you need in order to make a fair quote. As the web designer, I use a PC with Windows XP and the web authoring program I use is NetObjects Fusion 7. This program allows all kinds of things to be added to it, so please let me know what you need and I will verify. I am not knowledgeable of what other information you need, but just let me know, and I will find it out. ## Deadline information I would prefer fluent english speaking programmers. I need to get this going rather quickly and would hope to be done in two weeks, but realize that may be a ridiculous goal. Please let me know. I will consider paying a reasonable bonus for quick work.
