VBA Macros

I need someone to write 15 different VBA macros for users to download from our website. While each of the macros are different, they all serve the same general purpose of adding a certain amount of functionality and automation to the end user's particular MS Office application.

If our website is successful as we hope, we plan to provide hundreds more macros for our customers to download and use. As such, we are hoping to develop an ongoing business relationship with the right software developer.

Each of the macros will be individually packaged in it's own profssionally written installation program, which is posted as a separate Rentacoder project.

## Deliverables

1. Seller will provide all uncompiled VBA macro code for each of the 15 VBA macros listed in the attached zipped file [url removed, login to view]

2. All software must be in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment and on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. "Ready-to-run" is defined as fully functional once the Buyer Copies & Pastes the supplied VBA macro code within the specific MS Office application.

3. All VBA code must be complete and not require any modifications by the Buyer in order to serve it's intended purpose.

4. Seller will provide Buyer with written instructions specifying the specific location or module within the appropriate MS Office application where Buyer should Copy & Paste the VBA code.

5. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

All VBA macros must be compatable with MS Office 2003 and run under all released versions of Microsoft Windows 98, NT, Me, 2000, xp and Linux
