Build and Complete Proprietary CMS while Completing Client Project

This will be last time we utilize Freelancer.com in an attempt to complete this project. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POST AND THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT. If you do not, we will not waste our time with you. We have a situation where we need a client project finished while AT THE SAME TIME fixing and completing the base of a CMS we have attempted to develop over some time. The current CMS is missing many modules required by the project, as well as needs corrections in many areas. It is our hopes to find an ACE PROGRAMMER or team of programmers to work on this project, complete the CMS while simultaneously building out the client project as well. We are ultimately looking for a team to start receiving many of our client projects and work (as we are downsizing here). The attached PDF is 55 pages long. We are just sick and tired of overseas programmers who do not take the time to read the document and then change their requested amount or needed development time after. For a skilled developer, this should NOT be difficult work. If you are familiar with build Content Management Systems from scratch, have worked with AJAX and other slick functions...this should not take you more than a couple of weeks. A quick idea about the project: We have a very well thought out cms for our clients. It entails various site control settings and "modules" that control various aspects of the website's frontend. However, much still needs to be built. EVERYTHING...and we seriously mean everything....that needs to be done, altered or changed is outlined in the attached PDF; event EXACT mockups of what the CMS should finally look like have been created for you in this document. What we expect from you: - Excellent communication and updates - we want to see daily progress - Work will take place on OUR server or on OUR client's hosting - Dependable and reliable work and code - Timeliness and NO EXCUSES - excuses seem to be an ongoing trend with overseas developers...we're sick of it. What you can expect from us: - Detailed outlines and specs for all work. What you see is exactly what you must do...no confusion. - If you do well on this project, you will receive ongoing work for many projects to come - An easy to work with environment; we encourage voicing your ideas or getting creative with things (we must first approve of course). - For future projects, you will often receive as high as a 50% deposit on work! What we consider unacceptable: - Our clients do NOT want wordpress, drupal, magento or other such sites. This is why we are working to complete this CMS. - If you go missing for days at a time, consider yourself terminated. We understand things come up, but there is no excuse as to not be able to return at least an email within 24 hours.
