Convert Design Template to Website

I need to have the logo change 2 Some of the buttons change like the login and sign up ( need to be resized) I need the site to be fully functional meaning all the features in the template working such as : 1. The blog and blog feeds 2. The download links 3. Search function 4 Full Site Map with page 5. Site will need to have Good SEO meta tags and coding 6 Full feature CMS with the ability to add more software pages and titles (this is the page the website visitor go to download software), Change the flash on home page, change feature software, basically edit the site and add new articles 7. Along the right side of the site The ability to add Google Adsense codes 8. The download process: - When the download link is clicked on the website the download should start then automatically redirect visitor to a download than you page 9. Create a sign up box so user can subscribe to news letter Will need to add 5 software download pages / thank you pages after that I will add the rest of software page based on a design template in CMS The project is to be completed within 7 to 10 Days. The successful person should be able to start work immediately once project is awarded Requirements: The individual selected should have good communication skills be very good English speaker Have several ways to contact such as mobile phone, Skype and email so communication is easy Can program in several languages as PHP, HTML 5, Jquery, CMS, C, .NET.
