CSS Website makeover for new layout

We need a professional layout makeover for some parts of our webstore. It currently uses an out of box layout. The layout must be changed according our demands. Current layout: [login to view URL] Detailed project description: 1. Bring layout from current to desired. I am just talking about the layout, not new functions. 2. Layouts should be prepared for all resolutions and tablet visitors. (Responsive Web Design) 3. Change layout to Rich Snippets. 4. Details: A: New layout for the header (including search bar and navigation links). Including header aera like amazon with a very small banner, large search bar and related links. A higlightet position for the shopping cart at the the top right side. B: Enlarge preview images of items from 80 to 200 px. C: Move the "new items" box from left to right. D: Enlarge preview images of the "new items" and the "bestseller" box to 100 px. E: Make a workable link from the "new items" box headline to the chapter with the lastest items. F: ... it depends on your skills. System information: Our system is completely based on CSS and PHP and works with a single file of CSS and PHP for the complete website. All the data is extracted from an ERP system. You do not have to work with any data. The website is divided into two departments. Both are operated from the same ERP and use the same CSS and PHP but different languages. So each language has its own CSS and PHP files. The currently used file is attached. This is the only thing that could be manipulated. Each department resides in independent folders. You will not have any ftp access to the folders because there is none. The system offers a download function to get the complete website in a 1 MB zip file. You just download it, extract, work, zip and upload again. Changes are immediately visible after you have uploaded the new zip file. The zip files structure includes the CSS and PHP file. Additionally it brings the master page for all available pages. For example it brings the "product" page once, that may be used 1000 times in the website. Changes at this master site affects all other sites of the same type. New graphics have to be uploaded with the new zip file. Because of the two language you have two zip files. So work must be done twice but has to be identical. Wir benötigen einen Fachmann / -frau zur Anpassung und Überarbeitung des Layouts unseres Shops. Der Shop soll professioneller und moderner gestaltet werden. Layout Fehler sind zu beheben. Er ist aber nicht komplett neu zu erfinden. Dabei soll im Zug von Responsive Web Design die Darstellung für mobile Endgeräte und hochauflösende Desktop Monitore angepasst werden. Das Seitenlayout soll mittels Rich Snippets strukturiert werden. Unser Shop System baut auf einem eigenen Templatesatz auf der über die Anpassung der CSS-Dateien und JavaScript, den Austausch von Grafiken und bei Bedarf auch über die Anpassung der HTML-Template individuell gestaltet werden kann. Die Bezahlung erfolgt nach Zeit-Aufwand. Voraussetzungen: - Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse da die Templates auf deutsch erstellt sind - Kenntnisse in HTML, CSS und Javascript - Vertrautheit im Umgang mit Grafikerstellung Technische Voraussetzungen: - einfacher Text-Editor zur Bearbeitung der CSS-Dateien und bei Bedarf der Templates - Grafiksoftware - Internet-Anschluss für das Down- und Upload der Templates - Tool für das Entpacken und Packen der Templates (zip-Format)
