Custom wordpress + buddypress plugin

Our website is at [login to view URL] and we need a custom WordPress + BuddyPress plugin communicating with cubepoints, cubepoints for buddypress and s2member plugins, to achieve the following: The goal is to allow our registered Musician Pluss members to offer their fans to become supporters, co-producers or vip producers of their new music video for x amount of "cubepoints credits" receiving one of the titles and something else in return. The plugin shows how many of the certain types of titles have been already purchased and how many are still available. Once the project reaches its deadline, the musician will receives all raised "cubepoints credits" and can use it to hire its favoured and awailable filmmaker member to produce its video clip. The process in more detail: The site admin: - installs and activates the plugin. - enters terms and conditions text for client (the musician), service provider(the filmmaker), and the purchaser(the fan) - determines s2member(membership plugin) or wordpress levels whom it allows the option to be available for(coma separated list or better list of all levels with tick-box to select.) during the create group function. - determines name, description and total cubepoints credit cost of the "50dmc project" service. Also can change the group header bedge size and image. - determines number, name, cubepoints price and description of products available. - can specify the default picture and video (this will be overwritten once filmmaker embeds the finished product.) A Musician Pluss member: - initiates "create group" buddypress function and starts the setup process. - on second page has an option to create a 50dmc project. if selects yes(can also activate it later), then - supplies a song title - uploads an audio file - writes a brief "why supporters should help this production" - ticks terms and conditions and hits next. - Once the group setup process has finished, user will have the badge added to the group header next to the share button, or their name. This points to the project page which also is automatically created. The project page: This page will display the name of the song, the name of the musician, a music player, a progress bar, a brief info text, an introduction video (this will be replaced once the filmmaker embeds the final video), a list of keen filmmakers and  a cloud of the supporter's names, plus a comments thread. Any member: - user arrives to the project page. - decides to participate (must register or log in must have "cubepoints credits") - enters its address, and selects the x option of "cubepoints credits" it wishes to give, agrees to the terms and conditions and procedes. - if it doesn't have enough cubepoints it is taken to a page where it can purchase more points. - After successful point transfer, the plugin sends a thank you email to the supporter, and it also updates the 50dmc project info page to show one less available of the x title the supporter purchased, and adds the appropriate badge onto the supporter's account credentials. An email is also sent to the musician and the site admin.  A Filmmaker: To proove that you have red the whole description place "i did it" with the quotes into your reply. Without this your application will be ignored! Filmmakers will have (on their sidebar) a widget rotating the newest projects with a show more link which links to the project directory. The widget will display three newest projects by default, showing the title of the song, the name of the musician, and a progress bar.  When a filmmaker arrives to a project page, it'll have a "Express your interest" button, allowing it to list its self under the keen filmmakers list.
