Customisation and design changes in existing WordPress theme

We want to change our front page into something very similar to the Senna WordPress theme.

With this theme as the basis, we want to make these changes:
1. The main image on front page should come from our featured entry.
2. The white headline text on top of the main image on the front page should link to our featured entry.
3. The button / box with «Check out more» should be removed.
4. The white lines on top of the main image should be removed.
5. The main image should go all the way to the top of the page, with the meny as white logo and text on top of the image.
6. When you scroll the page, the background on the menu should change to white (like it is now). But until you scroll, the image goes all the way to the top of the page. (See [login to view URL] for an example of this.)
7. We only want one featured entry on top of the front page.
8. The green in all buttons and lines should be changed to black.
9. The portifolio section on the front page should display both portifolio entries and blog entries.
10. In the menu, we only want our logo (to go back to the front page), the about page, the contact page and the search icon.
11. The blog entries should have the same design as the portifolio entries. We dont want a «portifolio» and «blog» section, but just one section for all entries. This section should not be a part of the menu, but only be linked to from the images.
11. We dont want the grey area above the footer (the one with about us, from our blog and the flickr widget).
12. We need to keep our current url structure, as we dont want to loose any Google ratings doing this redesign.
13. We need to translate the theme into Norwegian. We will supply the texts when the theme is working.
You will have to set the theme up on your servers and work with it there until everything is according to our specs.
When the theme is working according to our specs, we will release 50 percent of the milestones. When it is transferred to our servers and working there, we will release the rest of the milestones. No milestone will be set up until we see a working copy on your servers.
