Expert web developer needed for a time sensitive project

Frontend requirements: I am looking to have a product showcase website using joomla, wordpress or php with the following main features. 1. Front page with Images and Youtube video slideshow gallery like in front page of [login to view URL] (similar to the attachment "frontpage") 2. Main menu like on [login to view URL] with images and full product tree (Possibly using JA Mega Menu). 3. Product info page with image, video & flash gallery like in [login to view URL] (page similar to attachment: productpage) I want the full installation, setup configuration of the website and customization of templates with menus & modules as required. I will provide with detailed explanation of the requirement and with the menu & pages tree for you to configure the website. All suggestions honored though. Shopping cart: The website also needs to have an online store, with an interactive order building tool that selects components from a list to build an order. ( Example like in [login to view URL] website) The order is priced as the components are added and order image is sent to the backend customers profile along with order details) ( Possibly using FLEX) Back end: Linked to the online store, we need a very easy to use back end tool where we can manage all the customer and order details including Customer info Quotes (Send custom quotes to a customer and prices would be saved to customers profile) Order specifics(generated from the order building tool) Orders (view/modify orders) Invoices ( created automatically and manually) Shipping tool (to create shipping labels and save shipping info & tracking #s to the customers history) Emails(Send/view threads of emails communication with the customer) Comments(to add internal comments about the customer) Payments (To receive and manage payments for orders) Backup database (All the above customer & order details should be manageable on a single page with tabs for each of it. Possibly using AJAX) I hired a different developer before who disappeared after doing some work wasting my time and money. I will give you all the work which he has completed in the front end design and you would need to continue from there. This is an urgent project and must complete in 1 week. If you think you cannot stick to the time dont bid. I will escrow the money to freelancer website and will not pay upfront, but you can be worry free since the money is in freelancer escrow. You must know that if you cannot complete the project in a week then i will have a problem which is not good for both of us.
