Kubelance Customisation for new Website

I need someone who is an expert on Kubelance: [login to view URL] I need a new site created similar to elance but with some customisation. I need member profiles to be able to upload their portfolio with images. I also need it so that jobs are FREE to post (no commissions). However, I need it customised so that jobs can’t be seen by the public. They can only be viewed by members/freelancers who have a portfolio. It costs them to have a portfolio (which needs to be paid through the PayPal system monthly or annually on a subscription basis). So once they have created a portfolio as a freelancer they get emailed log in details automatically so that they can log in with a user name and password to view the jobs, which needs to be renamed the “Project Board”. The job board/Project Board will NOT have bids. Instead the job poster will just include their contact details to be contacted directly for the job. (email address, website, phone). I need customisation of the categories for both jobs and for portfolios. I also need article/blog integrated into the site so that I can post blogs daily. The blog should have the ability for users to “comment” on the blog posts. The site should look professional and NOT use standard kubelance templates. I need a NEW template created that suits the look and theme of the site. I need a content management system to be able to log in and delete any inappropriate job posts or portfolios, as well as upload articles/blog each day. I need you to have good English speaking skills, understand the requirements of the job and to complete this within 2 days as this is an urgent job. I also need you to upload the final project to my host company on my behalf. I also need you to add a “Subscribe” button on the front screen/home page for a mailing list that I have through MailChimp. I would also like to add a forum to the site so that members can log in (with the log in details provided with their portfolio as above) and communicate with each other. Most of the work is done for you with Kubelance, I just need you to customise it to suit. Only reply if you can have this completed in 2 days.
