Need site earning USD 15-20 per day using ads/affiliate/CPA

Hi there, I'm looking for a very professional and reliable SEO and website expert that is able to create a site that generates AT LEAST $15 - $20 USD per day. I don't want to monetize the site with AdSense, but any other ad-networ is accepted (Kontera, InfoLinks, also CPA and affiliate links, anything but AdSense). I ALREADY have lots of affiliate accounts and also CPA accounts. Please show me some proof once the work has been completed that the site really makes at least 10-15$ daily for 30 days. If you are not capable of delivering such task you don't have to bid. You will be responsible for EVERYTHING from writing the SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website, link building, etc... Again, site MUST ADHERE TO TOS 100% ( Very Important! ). - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing. - Must contain related images. - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads / aff links. - Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites). - Must Be ad-optimized. - Must communicate the progress in e-mail,g-talk regular. - Show me the proof of income after 30 days of launching of websites built by you. Day by day statistics to be provided ( Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked) I will pay the amount of bid only AFTER I see constant income in my adsense account. I will hold the payment for 30 days until it is has been confirmed ( Please Notice This Part ). No partial payments - sorry! When conditions have been met successfully, you will be paid in FULL.
