Posting Website

Looking to build a website for salons to post their salon information along with picture and/or coupon attached. There will be a charge for posting so payment integration is highly needed. Most Important: We will need all major U.S. Cities and States posted. When a user click on their city/state they can see all salons posted. You have to design the form to post information along with details and/payment including uploading the pictures and adding information to coupon. They should be able to choose from several colors the outline color of their coupon. All salons have a user's account and you must set up "forgot password.' Users should be able to log BACK into their accounts to edit information and/or delete account. To prevent spamming: code verification needed. Set up footer for terms, privacy, contact, FAQ, blog, site map, RSS. Add Social media accounts. Please experienced programmers only who are experienced with users accounts, payment integration, major U.S cities and States, automatically knows how to upload the information once submitted along with beautiful pictures and a coupon like picture on their submission.
