291679 Social Networking/Dating Site

I am in need of an expert programmer, who also has excellent design skills, to create a social networking/dating website. Think of Myspace/Facebook meets Eharmony. I wish to allow users the option to either find a companion or spouse (DATING) or just network and socialize if that is all they desire (SOCIAL NETWORKING). I want the website to be user friendly, functional and visually stunning. I need the website to have all the functions of these sites, e.g. member's profile page, ability for viewer to leave comments, friends list, search engine, video & audio upload and player, instant messaging (IM), match making software, horoscopes, ability for member to customize their profiles, audio greetings, photo albums, events, blogs, classifieds, games, forums, groups, advertising, banner spaces, etc. I also wish to include a language translator, chat rooms and video chat capabilities. I also wish the inclusion of a fully functioning Administrative Panel so the webmaster can maintain, add, change and delete basic functions of the site. The site must also contain an email system for the users and an automated mailing system for administrative functions to include update, newsletters and mass mailing features. ONCE AGAIN THINK OF MYSPACE/FACEBOOK MEETS EHARMONY. The site will initially be launched locally and hopefully will expand on a national level. THE SITE MUST BE VISUALLY AND GRAPHICALLY STUNNING AND EASY TO USE FOR THE MEMBERS. On a side note, I have in my possession a Social Networking/Dating Script that features a lot of the features already mentioned. I own the license to this script. I do not know if it would be easier to work off of this existing script and just add the graphical/coding modifications I require or start from scratch. If this is an option please let me know. The Script was written by ABK-Soft and is called AbleDating 2.4. I do not know if the script is a viable option for this project. That would have to be determined by the programmer. I NEED A FAST TURNAROUND TIME ON THIS PROJECT, HOWEVER, NOT AT THE EXPENSE OF QUALITY.
