Create a skin for wordpress using my psd !

I have a template (see attachment). With that template you must create a skin (skin, theme, style, ... call it what you want) for wordpress (<[login to view URL]>). You will get the photoshop document from me when you are accepted. You must slice the .psd and then create a skin from it using valid CSS and (X)HTML. You will send me the sliced .psd along with the skin, and if I require it, you will install the skin into my wordpress installation on my webspace account. (I already have the latest version of Wordpress running, no need to install that). I can't stress enough, you must slice like a pro, and code like a pro. No crap job please, don't bid if you are not good at css. If you have 0 rating I will only consider your bid if your bid is alot lower than people with rating. If you have 0 rating try to impress me with previous work you've done. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working skin, as well as all images and sliced photoshop document. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform WordPress Photoshop Valid CSS ! Valid XHTML ! All common browsers (IE, Netscape, Mozilla, etc...)
