Adapt wordpress site with Thesis Theme

I need some one with experience in wordpres and the thesis theme for wordpress to work on my site, the site is like 50% complete and It needs some work on it, the site is about software, and will list software for download, every software have their own landing page with a photo galery of screenshots, review, etc, the photo gallery is not done yet, and this must be implemented,
the panel or post feature to add new software to the site must also be rewritten to simplify the work, so that the review, icons, screenshots, download links etc can all be added/edited from the same location
the header and footer of the site and the browsing buttons at the head and the right site need some work on them, and the menu at the right need to have subcategories.
currently the site was implemented on a wordpress default, and the code is a bit messy
