I need some sites done. Work will require postgreSQL, Wordpress, Joomla or other similar CMS (after approval), HTML, SEO, Graphic & Logo Design, English, Urdu, Arabic & Persian Language skills. Details are in the attached file. Would prefer a small company or few developers collaborating, who have all the required expertise. All sites CMS based, Multi-lingual, four present languages English, Urdu, Persian & Arabic. Should be possible to have an Admin and translation modules using which Admin can give rights to a translator, who in turn adds a language & translates all existing matter, thus creating an additional language site without programmer intervention, which can then be reviewed by the reviewer and enabled by the Admin. All changes to the text to be saved. More work available. Will be posting them. I want to clarify here that bidders will be researching & building site content (text/pictures) themselves...we will only be providing pointers. Secondly, you need to DO the translations to Urdu, Arabic & Persian, not just enable them, although enablement of languages other than these three is required.
