PHP + MYSQL content management system + affiliate system

We need a new module for our group arrangements. What we have running now doesn't comply to our needs anymore. The idea will be the same. But with a few improvements build from scratch!!! We have a running example including layout which we will show you as soon as you are working on the project. The idea is simple.. user can signup and upload information and images in different languages (very page one language) Each product will be visisble online as soon as it has been approved by the admin. (Changes made by a user need approvement again.) Pending product wont be visisble online until they are Approved by admin. A user can also send a product by filling in a webform what the admin can upload in one click. (without signup) - IF :: no user ID ->than all contact fields must be filled in | ->ELSE:: with user ID, contact fields can be hidden Image upload will be done via imagemagic; it will convert different extensions and resize the image in a good quality .jpg Along with the standard features such webform validation, automatic email sending etc. I would say a simple task for an experienced programmer. ---Follow up project!--- After this above is done a good affiliate system needs to be build. We want a price estimation as well on this. Affiliate system should be offered in two ways: 1- page including 2- xml All affilates will receive a Aff. id and password to view there sold products / statistics. A clear and userfriendly admin to see which affiliates needs to be paid etc.. must be created. ------------------------ please give us an price estimation for each Project in USD. Kind Regards!
