Small Amazon-like website for students in small univ. to sell textbooks

SMALL Amazon-type website for the students on my campus(less than 2000) to use to sell their textbooks.? SELLERS: So, I would like them to be able to sign in, list their items(either from a database) or other items, asked the condition and selling price of all the items...directed to a page(could be paypal), asked to pay a small percentage.? If payment is confirmed, the items are listed and the seller is told so.? I also want the option of cash payment.? This option would have the seller leave their info, and their items would be placed on hold.? I want to be easily be able to confirm their payment/add their items to the current inventory: maybe by sending a txt/email/going online and actually doing it (But the easier, the better). BUYERS:? they come to the website, see the current inventory displayed (I have a couple of pages done with Dreamweaver, on how I may want the homepage and stuff to look like, request if interested).? To buy a book (I want to start with txtbooks), they simply click on the book-- if they do not have an account, they are made to put in their info.? Then, an email is sent to the seller with the buyer's info.? (To know what is going on, it might be good to have a copy of all the emails.)? And the item is placed on hold.? If after three days, the seller doesn't? request to have his item placed back on the current inventory list bcuz he could not sell for some reason, then it is placed in past inventory. I already have a website domain+database(w/no files...don't know how to use), but if you think you can make this happen in a month(or a really good timely fashion)....let me know.I also want a forum/blog/whatever, where I can publicize campus events or where pple can talk about stuff....but it's not that important. ## Deliverables time is of some importance, but then again... * * *This broadcast message was sent to all bidders on Friday Jun 27, 2008 4:14:52 PM: JUST ADDED I also want a section in the website, it could be in the forums area or something...(I am not really particular)... School is opening in a couple weeks, I want members of a particular organization to get accounts, and sign in to help other students move in, or be helped. The students who need help moving in, will have to put in arrival time (within an hour or half an hour e.g 5-6pm). And those who are helping, can put in the time they will be available. Perhaps students can actually choose who they want to help/request who they want to help them. And I also want them to be able to edit their settings.... Other members can see this, but only post/comment about it --- and maybe request to be added to the group....(which the admin will decide upon).... there may be future need for groups online, but if the time ( ~20-30 days) is not enough, then just this one group will do (for now)...
