This project is an easy task for someone who is good at Dreamweaver CS4 and Photoshop, html and css.
We require a design for layout of website. We have many images, professionally designed logo, colors and some graphic ideas to establish the look. Designer will integrate this design and create a "home page" layout in Dreamweaver based on this look including navigation, header and page graphics and layout. Stage one of deliverable may include .jpg or psd of proposed layout(s). Final Deliverable includes the HTML file of layout with working rollovers/links, all graphics, PSD and jpg of the mockup page.
We will supply the starting set of graphics from which to develop the page including some images,logo, typefaces, colors, the navigation titles and the front page text and title. You will create the layout based on these elements and add your own images, graphics, backgrounds, layout of navigation, rollover images for navigation, header creation and design choices based on your experience as a designer.
We have several of these kind of jobs if you are the right person, or company we can partner with.
We are looking for an experienced eye for design, the ability to deliver final Dreamweaver html and assets in a dependable time period for a reasonable price.
We are looking for a team player we can outsource multiple projects to and depend on quality and current look of design (no "templatey", "boxy" or "wordpressey" looking stuff). HTML website, can incorporate a flash element in header or body, but no all-flash web design.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Starting point is given by current company logo and other graphics, colors, typefaces provided along with navigation titles and page text content provided. Need someone with a keen eye for layout and design including navigation and header design.
