Build a "cars sales website" grouping all offers from other Car sales websites where the user can view cars offers but also can calculate and or request car loans for any offer. We want to develop a "cars sales search engine" that pulls listings from others local "cars sales websites". Kinda like this one does: [login to view URL] also check [login to view URL] Key points: 1. LISTINGS FEED: All listings for this website comes from others sites. With an option in the backpanel to Add/configure/remove "Feeds" from other sites. 2. CAR LOAN CALCULATOR & REQUEST FORM: The site gotta have a "car loan calculator" which also works as a "Car loan request form". We gotta have a backpanel where we can create/edit/erase A) Banks and B) Loans plans (for each created Bank). The back panel must allow exportation of the loan request data (xls compatible). 3. LOAN DETAILS (downpayment, monthly payment, Interest rate): it should be displayed for each listing results. Those loan values are based of the bank selection made by the customer at the top of the page. The bank they select should affect the loan details for every listing shown. i've uploaded an example image for a better idea. Feel free to ask any question if in doubt.

Please explain the functionality and calculation for CAR LOAN total procedure upto payment. what if a person becomes defaulter ?
