Build a Netflix type Website - clones ok.

I would like a netflix clone script. It should be mostly like the netflix with a couple of adjustments to include minor design change and adding the ability to provide a continuous live streaming feed and allow people to upload their own videos. Like netflix I would like the script to automatically detect, pull metadata/thumbnails, have a rating system and organize files in the library much like [url removed, login to view]'s system. I would also like it to have a payment gateway for subscriptions like netflix I would also like it to have an admin area where I can adjust the branding and appearance of the site, override metadata, and get insights into what is being watched.
