Convert simple PHP email verifier script to web API

I have a simple email verifier script that verifies bulk email addresses. I would like a PHP expert to convert this script to a simple JSON based web API so that I will be able to use it to verify emails in real time using the following URL format: http://server_ip:port/path_to_script/Key/email_address The key or token will be used to authenticate the api and will be a string of characters already available on a MYSQL database. The database details will e provided. The response of the request must be in JSON format and ust be in this format: {"Address":"<email_address>","Status":"<result>","StatusCode":"reason"} Where; <email_address> is the email address which was verified <result> is the result of the verification which will either be valid, invalid or unknown <reason> is the reason or further information why the email verification failed or succeded.
