Need consultation on integrating API with WordPress Site

I am trying to get an API from Zoho Subscriptions to work on my Wordpress site. I have the API call done through curl and I can run it from a terminal and it works perfectly but I can't figure out how to make it work within a form in WordPress where I can collect user data that I will submit to the Zoho Subscriptions API.
I have a great popup plugin that I want to use with the API but I just don't know where to start or how to do it.
I'm hoping someone has some experience with something like this who can help me get this done.
