PHP or Javascript Developer with mobile experience needed for a Social Network

I need a social network, i have seen some premium php scripts out there which seem pretty nice, but would like some features out, while adding some others; improving UI, improving security improving functionality also That's why i'm requesting an ROR or Javascript Developer !! preferably NodeJS with knowledge about Node webkit [login to view URL] !!Great Advantage I already have an existing community and we run a peer to peer donation Network, but i have the intention of making a more social oriented network for our union and this comes in quite a short time so !! I'm looking for someone with already existing source code or boilerplate for a social network that already has minimal function user chat, status updates, wall, profile page, video chat even. and Social OAuth, SMS Tokenization etc for login. Most of the features for our peer to peer program are binary functions in the database apart from few; However if you have a Python, PHP [laravel,codelgniter] boilerplate which is secure you can apply lets talk, you should have very good sense of design because i want a mobile oriented design [our users are mostly mobile].
