This is an project for an experienced person only. You must have experience with automation. I have a multi vendor website on Wordpress that sells wine and spirits. What I need done is a way for my inventory to automatically be updated and add from data that will be sent from average Media Estage. [login to view URL] My site consists of both physical and virtual store fronts. The data will be sent from the physical store every time a product is sold, my website needs to recognize the change in inventory based on signed product SKU numbers that will come through the estage. Inventory will go into a folder on my computer from each store every day in a "data dump" my site needs to read this data to update inventory. The store is already using this system and does not need a POS system implemented. I do not need a POS system created. I will be using Estage. I do not need a website designed. Again I would like someone who has experience in this exact area. I am attaching some images from the eStage PDF for reference. This project has a very reasonable budget so i expect personalized responses, that you have looked at estage and understand it. Brief summary of how you would go about setting this up, and details of past RELATED projects. Feel free to aak any questions. This project has a firm 4-5 month deadline. I repeat firm project will be canceled if it is not done in this time. Project will be paid mostly on completion but I am ok with creating a few milestones as progress is shown. Hi, i have read the pdf doc and your project description, i see you need a system that would connect your already existing website to the estage inventory exports on your local machine so as to update the inventory of items on this website using the sku numbers. I can get this done for you, am a well seasoned developer with over 8yrs experience, worked on lots of systems that incorporate data from different sources to update databases and websites, you can be assured a job well done. Since you said the estage inventory exports are usually saved in a folder, my approach to making this work would be to build a background service app which would be installed and run on this your computer non-stop monitoring this estage folder for new exports and automatically sending any new data it notices to a script/system of scripts on the website that would then process the data and use it to do the necessary updates on the products on the site. But i do have a few questions, i looked around your [login to view URL] site and cant find any online store there.... on Which site exactly would all the updates be effected?... what ecommerce plugin is it running on....is it woocommerce? also, can i get a zip file of a sample export from the estage folder so i can have a good idea what the exported data looks like as this would go a long way in determining everything....
