I need to develop a tool that would scan Airbnb prices of all available listings in certain areas and ranges, availability dates and other search criteria.
I see it as a daily scheduled report that will be run and will return a report that will show average min and max prices, number of properties available for given search criteria and locations within given ranges. There should be possibility to change search criteria. Tool should use only open data from Airbnb like search results.
