Amazon to Ebay Repricer and lister

I want a site like [login to view URL] Pulls data from walmart, Amazon, Costco, [login to view URL] and be able to reprice and list to a users ebay account.
Then when someones buys auto order that product based off values set on website.
Will need Billing setup with paypal or Stripe to bill users. but this can be added later.
I want it to be like Priceyak.com or with more Features..
Maybe some profit sharing for for like a year or so.
It needs to be expandable.
Would love a Single user test site. then make it for multiple users unless its easier to go all in.
I do have a hosting provider already. shared hosting for now.
