Android based Tablet app for Schools and College Students, with web based admin

We are looking experience developers for an app to be developed for school and college students and teachers. Every student and teacher will have tablet with this app installed, will have the following features. 1. App will will download and keep books in pdf / ebook format, inside app itself and students can read it 2. There should be separate notes for each subject by default and students can create their own custom notes 3. All the works saved by a student or teacher should get synced to local or remote server (as per the set up) automatically or manually. 4. In case of any damage to the device , user should be able to download all his works from server in to another device provided by the admin. 5. Teachers should be able to check the note of students according the subject he teaches. 6. Teachers are able to upload question papers for class tests, which will be available to students only on the time of the test as set by the teacher. Students can write the test and submit on time. Answer sheets will be available to teacher for valuation and he can return to student after valuation. 7. Parents are able to see the progress card, filled with marks entered by teachers. 8.
