API developer needed - urgent

We need an expert who ist able to develop a API and implement ist in a website in accordance with existing documentation. We need this urgently in the beginning of next week. Here are additional information: We have a wordpress website in which the DocCheck plugin is integrated. This is a login process for medical professionals in Germany. The website is completely protected and cannot be accessed by the public. As part of the login process, the doctor can enter his personal data and give his consent to tracking. We would like to read this personal data (name, email, etc.). However, the plugin does not allow this. Therefore, we need to create an interface that allows us to read the user data from the wordpress and download it as csv. The plugin allows the functionality up to the second endpoint after entering the data and consent. This is more info about it: The access token, which is first requested by the plugin and which states that the user has been authenticated, is stored in the session: $_SESSION['dc_login_token']. With the access token the user data endpoint can be addressed, which then returns the user data (if the consent was given). Login' and 'Access Token' are already requested by the plugin.
