Automation batch file creation process in VB.NET

No DB is required for this project. A sample temp folder will be given, in which there are couple of top level folders named Frontend and Backend, and the field values we are receiving via this VB code should create a batch file in the same temp folder which will inturn replace certain strings in various files located in and around Frontend or Backend folders and thats it. The project has exactly 25 inputs from the users out of which 3 fields are auto generated fields. The screen should look like attached FrontScreen with some attractive backend image (not mandatory) and what is to be done in the batch file is clearly articulated in automation batch file creation process txt file which is attached here with. VB.NET is not mandatory if you want to use different tool fine - we want our scope should be fulfilled and thats it.
