Build a large website

The idea I have is to make [login to view URL] into something similar to hotels.com. I want to have all training courses available in Australia, and the world on my website and I earn 15% of all of them. For example I have a training business called Australian Fire & First Aid, who I would add to this website and when people book and pay through this website, it takes 15% off and we pay that business for the work. How do I see it working. There will be 4 levels of access: 1. Admin – where the staff can access everything except the payment side of things. Invoices, wesites etc. There will be one more login that will access everything (for me). 2. Training provider – This is where the businesses can add the course details. Where, when, price, trainer, times etc. This is where we will need a lot of automation. Once a trainer has been booked in, it will stop them from being booked somewhere else. It will email the trainer of the course they have been booked into. 3. Businesses – for Group training courses, we will need a business to add all of their details. Company name, address, contact person, contact phone number, Australian business number (ABN), email. Only then, they can look into group bookings. 4. Individuals – can look in the individual courses, choose what they are after, pick the course and pay online straight away. To look the person will need to provide their name, Date of birth, email, contact number and Unique student identifier (USI). The system can check to make sure the usi is valid before allowing the login. About the courses: because I have knowledge in first aid training in Australia, I will use that system. The training provider adds all the information we need for the course. These are price, trainer, location, total amount of students (so it stops once the maximum is reached). It will automatically add the company logo once added. Trainers can add a distance that they are willing to travel to train. Example, my address is 29 Kimber Street Aldinga Beach SA, 5173, and I am willing to travel 75km radius from that location. This will be for group bookings where a company can book and tell me the address they are located at, and I go to them. The training provider and trainer need an email and a meeting acceptance or something like that so they know where courses are and they can add them. Give an address so the trainer can find it through GPS. Students and businesses need to receive an email to let them know they have booked the course and a reminder through sms about 6pm the night before that they have the course on the next day. Students can then look and find the information on the closest course, cheapest course, best rating, and best rating trainer. This will be through course evaluation questions that we provide. Then at the end of the year, we can do a presentation for the best in different categories. We will also need a confirmation. All companies can have a page to tell people who they are and why choose them. This will be allowed by admin, as I don’t want any personal contact information in there. I would also like certificates to be added by the training provider to the individual’s login so they can access them whenever they want. What I would like on the page is Home, about us, individual booking, corporate bookings, positions available (as they can look for new trainers, and will only be up for 30 days), tenders, and contact us. I will also need a terms and conditions (I will provide). All the tenders need to be put through us and forwarded to the company who added it as we will take 10% of these as well. I would like this worldwide, so I need some for America and England (mainly). But I will start in Australia. A guide of all courses will be on [login to view URL] . There will need to be a couple of services included as well, they are extinguisher servicing, first aid kit inspections, electrical tagging and testing and evacuation maps.
