Suggestion for incorporation and updating the features
Make the web as compact as possible and be sure all the information need to be clear, visible and intact.
In the banner portion, please make the back ground attractive by placing photos with maize related activities like Maize photo, Maize related machineries etc
Face book page should be in web page in right or left corner with details on the face book page.
Make sure all the menus and submenus should be dynamic one
In the top and bottom of the page back ground should be maize related photos and pictures.
Recent activities should be highlighted on the top and back ground should be in green color.
Transfer of bill and Citizen Charter should be placed in the left portion; these menus should be dynamic one.
In employee information, be sure that name list should be in the form of following table

In the right of the page, place Senior Agriculture Officer, with photograph and few words.
In the bottom of the page, insert Information officer with photograph.
