I have a very small section of an HTML webpage which is a form with some javascript in it. It spreads horizontally across the web page in divs (with each question and the submit button in a div block, so that it is responsive and the divs sit underneath each other on a mobile device). It looks bad though as I don't have enough experience to be able to space the text and fields properly vertically and horizonally in the divs. I need an HTML developer with CSS, Javascript and PHP experience (because it runs a JSON script in it) to lay it all out nicely so that it looks good on desktop, tablet and mobile. It's not a big job - it shouldn't take long to do for the right person. There is some CSS it links to now, but more than happy for the person doing this to create their own to make it work.
