We are FLO, a next-generation co-living venture for professionals in Pune, India. Apart from fully-furnished and well-appointed bedrooms, our apartments include a grand living area, expansive balcony with scenic view, homey dining area, world-class kitchen, and laundry room. The entire apartment is furnished and equipped with all necessities, from the basic to the luxurious.  At FLO, we distinguish ourselves from other housing options through: proximity to important Pune landmarks, which will make your commute shorter and simpler as you’ll just have to walk or bike to work, thus reducing our carbon footprint—sustainability is our main mission; safety measures including 24-hour security, surveillance, and biometric door locks; amenities including a world-class fitness centre, swimming pool, and spa among others; ease in booking and staying—with us, you will not have to deal with brokers, landlords, endless forms, and unnavigable processes; and finally, a community of like-minded and accomplished people.   As mentioned above, FLO places immense value on community. FLO provides residents with shared areas—cozy dining rooms, expansive balconies, dynamic living rooms—in an effort to give them space to grow through conversations with one another about experiences, visions, interests, etc. One of FLO’s mission is to encourage FLOmates to engage with each other on all levels and be active members of this “millennial village.” FLO further distinguishes itself from other housing options through their advanced technology, which expedites the booking process, thus allowing FLOmates to avoid brokers, endless forms, and other unnavigable processes and hassles typically involved. Through their app (FLO Co-Living, available on the Google Play Store), FLOmates residents can instantly request and receive any required services (housekeeping, cook on demand, medical assistance, emergency relief, among others). Interiors are equipped with state-of-the-art fixtures and furniture, at the intersection of comfort and luxury. FLO’s amenities include an upcoming clubhouse, world-class fitness centre, swimming pool etc. Safety measures include 24-hour security at the gate and within the building, CCTV surveillance, and biometric door locks on each apartment door.
